Tony Gibbons has illustrated many books including Jane's Battleships, War at Sea and Jane's Naval History of World War II.  Many of the paintings we have published as limited editions were first seen in Bernard Ireland's hugely enjoyable book Naval Warfare in the Age of Sail - War at Sea 1756-1815.

Tony Gibbons' own books include Warships of the American Civil War and Civil War Military Machine with Ian Dury. He has a particular interest in the ships of the Civil War.
