The year 1774: as dawn is about to break His Britannic Majesty's schooner Hotspur (far right) engages a smuggler's brig, while a Royal Navy longboat closes with a grounded lugger of the 'trade' (far left) in a cove at Guernsey in the Channel Islands. The painting was completed for the American edition dustwrapper of "Band of Brothers" by Alexander Kent.

Framing (prints on canvas): We use a simple classic frame with a gold finish, approximately 2 1/2 inches (6.5 cm) in width. Pictures are framed like an oil painting with no glass and are fitted with wire ready for hanging.
